Installing apexi S-afc?

how do i install it on a my98 ive looked at www.lagging.com and dont understand the instructions..also how do i split the wires etc.... thanks

*** read warning at bottom first! ***

simple instructions: (simple as in off the top of my head)

1. disconnect your battery
2. expose the ecu

--- repeat for all applicable SAFC wires ---
3. find what SAFC wire goes to what ECU connector pin (see lagging.com diagram)
4. about 1 inch back from connector, remove wire insulation (i used x-acto knife, but be careful to to damage wire!)
5. strip last 2-3mm of SAFC wire
6. tin both wires
7. solder the exposed wires together (it is easier if you bend the end of the SAFC wire into a hook shape and have someone else hold the 2 wires together and keep tension on them while you solder)
--- end repeat ---

8. reinstall ECU
9. connect battery

*** if you really dont know how to solder or feel in any way like you can't pull this off, then DONT!!! I did my own cause I've been soldering for years and have had more than 1 job doing electrical assembly.
Better to let someone experienced do it than F up your car!
