Sounds like everyone wants to do it Sunday.

I'd actually like to come because (and yes, I know you all are going to laugh and make horrible faces at me) I need to change my oil. If it were interior or electrical, I wouldn't have any problems just reading the instructions off something and tearing the car apart myself, but I usually let my son do the mechanical stuff. I'm worried about tightening the oil filter too tight because of my hands. So if someone could point at things under the car for me, I'd really appreciate it. (Hey, I'm an old woman!)

BTW, my kid needed to get a new seal from the Subaru dealer for his oil filter when he first changed his own oil. Is that strictly an Impreza problem, 1st gen problem or just a good idea?

Ok, flame away.

I'm in hopefully I won't have to drop out because of some stupid sickness I might even have my springs in by then or what is needed to install my new boost gauge. (just need some way to mount it, thinking of doing a single gauge cup)

We will see how it turns out

well my car is at perry and there supposed to look at it and let me know whats up with the white smoke but I'm almost 95% its the head gasket so if that's the case ill think about trying to change it myself that weekend. But as far as the meet goes it looks like Sunday for sure now. I'm thinking around 11:00 AM

EDIT: I have a grille so I'm thinking hamburgers and hot dogs and some wide variety of beers don't overdo it though i have plenty of parking so that wont be an issue but Ive been told getting to my house is so ill have the directions simplified so it wont be that hard
