Exclamation Sheet Metal Forming Engineer position available, Oconomowoc area

Well, it finally happened.
Lisa got accepted to Georgia State University's law school, so we're relocating there in August. With that being said- my position at Ace Precision is up for grabs and they need somebody as of 11:46 AM this past Friday.
Job Requirements:

BS. ME from an accredited university, OR at least 2 yrs in metal forming and the ability to use SolidWorks

It would also help if you can do the following:
Manage the technical aspects of a forming department that utilizes expanders, hydroforms, a punch, a brake press, a roll form machine, shears, lasers, TIG welding, and resistance welding.

Provide tech support to 25-40 fabricators on ~1000 different part numbers that go through an average of 5.7 job setups per operator per day. i.e. it's fast-paced.

Innovate and brainstorm processes and tooling to cut costs while maintaining aerospace standards of quality.

HR type stuff (off the record)

Job pays ~$50K/yr
401k match of 25% up to 7%
A year-end bonus of ~5% of your base salary
Profit sharing (which goes into your 401k account) of ~5% at the end of the year
Health and dental fully paid for single employee, extremely affordable for married and/or employees with family.
2 weeks vacation after one year on the job and as much as you can negotiate the first year
A corner office with 2 windows in the 4-person office on the shop floor. (the shop is air conditioned, btw)
The owner's daughter as your personal assistant during the summer.

See pics at http://community.webshots.com/...BRcha

I can answer ANY questions you might have (since after all you're interviewing for MY job)

If this sounds like something you're interested in, call Ace Precision at 262-252-4003 and ask to speak with Judy to schedule an interview.

Is the owner's daughter hot?

Sorry to hear that you're leaving, do I smell a goodbye meet?

I've heard that she is, in fact, "hot." There seems to be a hell of a lot more traffic into and out of the office when she's there.

A goodbye meet sounds good to me. Any suggestions?

Sheetmetal is so much more fun on CATIA. I'm working myself more towards surfaces and E3D though.

Good luck finding someone qualified, the job market is wide open in many facets of engineering/design. Oshkosh Truck is in need of a TON of Mechanical Designers right now! Just WAY too much work. They've been continuously hiring for the past year now and no end seen in sight.

Hmm, I need me a hot assistant. Particularly a single one too.
