Default FICD valve necessary?

I broke off the nipples of my FICD valve while removing my intake manifold and its been rather hard finding some to thread into it.

My question is, with the hydra compensating for a/c with the IACV, do i need my FICD? Does my car even use it anymore?

sory i got mixed up i think, are there FICD valves on 99 rs's? I'm starting to think its an egr solenoid. If anyone can help, it's a black cylidner, with 2 vacuum ports and a 3 pin connector.

nevermind, got my answer, just incase neone was wondering (if you understood what i was talking about), it doesn't use it
