This thread is proof that Utah is full of a bunch of people who support wife killing. "No proof" my ass. If I ever did something such as bury my wife in the desert, please, by all means, kill my piece of **** ass. Guilty or not, he would have been better off dead.

If anything this thread is proof that most people in Utah should never be asked to serve on a jury at all.

If you guys had your way Josh Powell would have been executed on December 14th 2009.

^As he should have been. He didn't even give a realistic alibi. That should at least have been enough reason to begin processing a case against him.

It's contained, so the mess is minimal. Not like one guy one jar, or anything.

Do you have kids? There is a reason why they don't let kids sit on the stand in a trial. They can be coached to say anything. I have 3 kids and they say some far fetched things that I know aren't true. It's just the way they work.

I am not saying he didn't do any of this. I am sayin glet the court decide not the media that feeds us the information. They only are tellin g1 side of the story.

We only know what the media (FOX) tells us. It's only 1 side of the story. Thinking that the Police, attorneys, judge. Don't know how to do their jobs and let a guilty man go free is an insult to the American people.

Speculation and the Mob rules mendality causes more harm than good.

Except there won't be a trial with the prime suspect dead. The media are filling a void with information, some of it from better sources than others. Anything Charlie and Braden may have said is hearsay now. Conjecture about that is all we'll get.

There is an active criminal case ongoing against Josh's father. My guess is we won't hear all that the police know until that is concluded.

I dont really see why everyone is trying to figure this all out still. No disrespect but everyone involved is now dead and no one will be taking the blame. I dont see what proving things will mean, but wouldn't it be just epic if his wife came out of the woodworks in a couple weeks, now that would be a story.

Exactly, that's why I think Josh did it. He was upset that he wasn't going to be able sit there and molest his boys like his Dad did to him, so his thinking was like that of a jealous boyfriend-if I can't have them nobody can and blew em up.

The autopsy revealed he was cutting their necks prior to the explosion

With a hatchet. Absolutely cold-blooded.

As to the earlier comment about everyone being dead, that's not true. Steve Powell is still in the Pierce County, Washington jail. West Valley City police have not ruled out his involvement in the disappearance or coverup.

Yea sad. He beat up the 5 year old, punched the 7 year old once then used a hatchet to cut off their heads. Sad..
