My af correction goes down to about -20 then raises to 16 then zeroes out after restarting the ecu but my af#3 for 16 bit ecu is -.78

How did you "Mod" your injectors? Did you get them on a flow bench?

the scaling that i use that gets pretty close is 750cc. Latency they are the same injectors so you shouldn't be playing with those. After you get the car running i normally take the lowest maf value up to about 1.6-1.9 volts and look at the front af correction. if it says -20 then i hit the - button about that many times, interpolate from the 1.9 up to say 2.4 and start it again. You should get it pretty dang close from that then romraider will do its magic... but WOT you are gonna have to play a bit to get it where you want

When doing a baseline for a car, you can only tune for EITHER the intake, OR the injectors. You can't do both at the same time. Put a stock intake back on the car and tune the injectors. Once you have the injectors dialed in, put your aftermarket intake back on and do your scaling there.

Set the car up like you want it to be, with all the mods. You sure as hell can tune everything at once.
Set the injector scalar to 820CC and latency of 6.5V-4.36 9.0V-1.98 11.5V-1.42 14.0V-1.16 16.5V-1.00 turn the timing way down and go do some pulls. If the WOT fueling is lean decrease the scalar by 10cc and try again, if it is rich increase the scalar by 10CC till you are close to your target fueling at >3V MAF. Scale your closed loop MAF scaling. IF you have any fueling issues you may need to tweak your MAF scaling at specific points. Your fueling should be pretty much set then work on your timing. |

Are your injectors re-drilled or do they just have the spray pattern cap taken off?

Get them cleaned and flow tested...that way the guessing game will be alot shorter when scaling and tuning. Let us know how it goes.

Personally, I'd deal with 816, 820, 820, 830 by putting 816 in cyl 4 (rear driver side) and the others wherever.
Cut stockers aren't going to get you perfectly matched injectors... It's a cheap way to get ~820cc injectors. There are downsides to that. You put the lowest flow in #4, as that's what's most closely monitored by the knock sensor and you start tuning with a scalar close to the average of all 4. If you need better than that, you buy aftermarket injectors that are flow matched. You got injectors that are within +/- 1%. That's really not the end of the world. |

I've tuned tons of modded injectors. I've done so many for a while there I was modding a set every weekend. Here's my Experiance
Scalar on 93. 820 Take stock lats and multiply them by 1.05 You should be golden then, If your still having issues do you have a intake on the car? |
