Default 2004 WRX light adjustment?

Wondering if there's any easy way to adjust the lights (up/down) like there is on the MY02-03. Do I have to remove the entire housing? Thanks.

Pretty sure this is in your manual, and it's also been asked a lot, so a search would probably turn up your answer... but i'll assist anyhow =]

It is not in the manual and I tried a search but all I got was the older model. Thank you for the information.
