I had an exedy hypersingle and an exedy sport at various times in my 02. I liked the sport; the hypersingle was a little excessive for my mods at the time... and it made lots of noise. I'm doing a Clutchnet in the STi.

lisson to me carefully...

I broke my second gear in 20 miles from the shop with a act clutch. They are much to strong for stock gears as they have 40% more grab then stock. Avoid this clutch on oem gears unless you want to destroy your gears. End of story.

Might try exedy stage 1 but even then I still urge you to use oem unless you are ready for new gears costs.
