I got here before they opened and it is already about 300 people long. I see the line moving. They must have opened!

The line in my home office was ridiculous. I don't know how I did it, maybe it was the fridge full of beer that helped me through it.

Mail in ballots FTW.

7 more hours until I go vote. I'm hoping the lines aren't as bad around 2pm.

It was probably the busiest I have seen it. I got there a few minutes before 6:00 and I was maybe #7 in line, but when I left, there was a line of cars out the parking lot.

I've never claimed to be a patriot, so perhaps you got me there.

I have a kid to take care of during polling hours. Why would I make her stand in line with me for hours when I can do it from the comfort of my own home while drinking beers and doing last minute research on local initiatives?

There's a crowd outside my polling place (across the street from my house).

Lots of cars. They just opened at 6.

I'm gonna let that die down, probably vote later.

I got there late (at 6:30am) and it took an hour and fifteen minutes.

Maybe you should make this into a poll about how long it's taking folks? Apparently people are up for voting today....might get a good response.

There were about 10 people in front of me. It was agony. I had to wait at least 5 minutes.

I saw that some places here made cardboard voting booths. tri-fold cardboard on a table. i live in a town with a lot of older people, so I am hoping they're all in bed by the time i get there - 6:30.

Lines at my place were out the door when I swung by on the way to the office. I have meetings this morning so I'll have to go back after work.

I plan to go around 10 today. Every time I tried to go to early voting, the lines were 2+ hours long, so I thought that today would be less busy since they have more polling places.
