Talking "Signs" from childhood of becoming a Subaru Owner....

1. you used snowboard, or used to just get a garabe can lid and fly down a snowy hill....This lead to love of Snow Rally

2. used to skateboard....This lead to love of tarmac rally

3. used to own a big wheel and pull that e brake while zoomin down a huge hill....i had the knight rider one~! This lead to Drifting also works for RWD drivers =)

4. ride your bike thru any kind of offroad terrain...This lead to Gravel Rally

5. run on ice with just your sneakers and try to go a different direction...This lead to Ice Racing

6. you like monkies...This lead to Trunk Monkey Racing

7. take apart your GI Joes and switch parts...This lead to Moddin your car....for the ladies maybe takin apart barbies? but that could lead to more deep mental issues....?

8. hated nascar racing cuz they only made left turns....This just lead you in the right direction~!!!

9. you like the color pink...Made you buy sti stuff

10. you had a modded SNES to play japanese games...This lead to getttin imported parts rather then american made stuff~

Incredible...I had all the symptoms from the beginning....Well except the barbie part....
They just used to ride naked on top of my Gi Joe tanks...Not sure what that means.

My 2 boys sit in the backseat looking for Subarus any time that we're driving somewhere, even when we're not in the Subaru.

my cousin ran track in high school when i was about 3 or 4 (he was good enough to place at states in the 4x100 relay) anyways, he would pull my brother (nogger) and i around in our wagon, and he taught us how we would have to lean in order for the wagon not to roll over in the yard. some mad drifting times.. lol... but one time i leaned the wrong way, and that wasn't fun....

Hah, I had the Knightrider bigwheel. Did yours have that little tab that clicked as the wheel turned. I cut it off, my first official vehicular mod. Also did the GI Joe thing and love monkeys .

The Knight Rider bigwheel! I had one of those,..used it so much i wore the plastic down on the front tire until it cracked. Ahh the things we remember. I've done everything on phil's list except mod my SNES, and play with barbies. My jap. freind michael had the jdm snes that i would play on all the time though, iirc it was red, although i might be confused with something else.
peace!
