VENDORS: New Vendor Rules **READ**
This is a message to all vendors. Make sure you are familiar with the new rules regarding these new sub-forums.
The exact rules can be found here: http://www.nasioc.com/Default.cfm?Action=VendorRules #5 specifically deals with these forums... and goes as follows: Vendors are allowed to have one active thread per sub-forum category under the Vendor 'For Sale' Classfieds. This means you have the potential to have as many threads as there are sub-forums open at any given time, but only one per sub-forum. In order to open a new thread you MUST close the existing thread so it is no longer open to new posts. You can do this by clicking the "Thread Tools" link in the blue bar on top of the thread and choosing "Close Thread" (or "Open Thread") from the drop down menu then clicking "Perform Action" to close (or open) the thread. If you would like help with this, please contact a vendor area moderator or email [email protected]. Vendors who are found not closing their old thread before opening a new thread will be punished depending on how many times this has happened in the recent past. Now that being said... any vendor who currently has more than one open thread in this forum is in direct violation of this rule! You have the ability to close the other threads and you need, so do so now. These were part of the new rules regarding these new sub-forums since the beginning so this is not new news. I have also sent 2 e-mails in the last few days alone pointing out the new rules and how these new forums are to be used. So there is not a single vendor here that should not be familiar with the new rules. So To Summarize: Any vendor who has more than one active thread per sub-forum needs to close the all, but one of those threads down immediatly. Any vendors found not closing their own threads will be warned, and if it continues they will may well be asked to leave the site. We are trying to keep the vendor classifieds more organized and fair for all vendors on the site, and these new rules allow that to happen, but not when some vendors are disobeying the rules completely. So please... if you are in violation of these new rules take care of it immediatly so we don't need to go through the process of warning anyone on rules that are very simple and quite easy to follow.
