Due to a clerical error (er, ya I screwed up), I was alerted to the fact that I have 66lbs of this sitting around in the suppliers warehouse on contract from last year. It's fantastic stuff, just a little past its prime, so I'm heavily discounting it until it's gone, and I want it gone so LET'S DO THIS!

PSA: I will be taking a 2 week break here starting on June 16, to return to Israel where this whole coffee thing started. It's been 20 years for me, my wife and kids have never been, and they will be seeing my mother for their first time. June 14 will be my last roast date this month, so be sure to get your orders in before then, but never fear! All orders places while I am gone will roast July 5.

I'm roasting a spanky new arrival tonight, first roast. It's the first crop from a brand new washing station in Ethiopia, so I'm super excited to support that endeavor. Should be up on the site imminently.

It's in earlier than expected! I'm cupping my first production roast today, and it is GOOD! Loads of fruit notes in the orange spectrum, like apricot and dried oranges, as well as tons of floral notes like rose and jasmine. Super complex and juicy!
