whats the difference between the 04' AP and the 05' AP?

Well the 05 AP works with the Immobilizer circuitry that's in all the 05 FXT's

other than that, they're the same

Any idea of Cobb will be making more maps for the FXT?

don't hold your breath on that one... they are still unsure if they will... and I wouldn't expect anything until after the tuner is out...
