Default COBB AP V2, Stage 2 and Cali gas

do I have to run the ACN version of the map? I was told that I did not really need to run that and I can run just the 91 oct version and it is a little more responsive...only run the ACN version if you are getting a knock

can anyone verify or should I just run the ACN version

Thanks,
Deparko

I run the CA map. Our gas does indeed suck.

Cali gas is really bad. I had knocking issues with a stock cobb map. I would run the safest possible map that you can.

The only way that I'd consider running the regular 91 map is mixing our crappy 91 octane with a gallon or two of 100 octane race gas.

If you don't have access to race gas, the ACN map was made for a good reason...

I say get a protune if you want real response.

thats your best bet.. OTS ACN map and then protune as soon as possible. its going to be expensive, but from running 2 bug-i's on cobb stage 2 u really dont get the full potential untill u protune. your ride will become a whole different beast.

I'm running the regular stg2 91 map. I recently moved to LA from near Seattle and the combination of crappy gas and significantly warmer weather makes my car feel so slow. It's really disappointing, I'm not sure what to do. I may run the CA map until I can figure out what to try next.
