Default Gauging Interest: Anyone need a room in Sterling, VA? (~$750/mo)

I'm currently in a 3 bed/3 bath loft apartment in Sterling. Our rent is just under $1500/mo, but with the next cycle, should hit $1500.

My roommate is moving out, and I have been considering it as well, but if anyone is interested, I'd just as easily stay here. The location is nice, there is always parking (roommate and I each have 2 cars and never have issues getting spots...together even...).

I'd rather look here before checking craigslist, and I'd certainly prefer a roommate to flipping all the rent myself.

He moves out mid/late August, so figured I'd give you some headsup!

I already have a TV/couches/etc that you can use, so no need to provide furniture.
I've turned the upstairs loft into a projector/movie room with surround, so that's a nice thing too.
You'd really just need to bring yourself a bed/mattress/desk and you'd be set.

Thanks,

Does it come with free Mono? Or at least free parts? Come on Dave you know you have to throw something in there beyond the norm as a "move-in special"

Love ya Dave! Where is the 360 panoramic pics of the place in question? I would feel cheated if there wasnt a pic for this post

I lived at this complex for a year before moving to my current place in Herndon... and I miss the place. Great location, absolutely great apartment, and like Dave said, parking was great (when was the last time you heard someone say that in Nova?).

You call that a TV? I expected at least a 50 inch plasma from you.

Hmm.

Dave has two Imprezas. One with a wicked swap. The block blew, and he mysteriously found a near-new '07 STI block to replace it.

He's got mad photography skills.

He's got crazy TVs in his place.

He's got underage lesbians smooching on his lap. (Or so they appear. )

That's it, I'm convinced. All of his money MUST come from drugs.

It's all photoshopped. No one has even seen either of the Impreza's in person. They don't actually exist. Neither do the lesbians or the projection TV. Actually I am not even sure Dave really exists. I think he may have photoshopped himself as well.

Haha, Dave how often are you guaranteeing those last picture gatherings? Nice way to promote your room for rent..!

Bump.

If this falls through, I'm buying a place in Brambelton...

Same deal applies...11x11 room for rent with adjacent 10x11 room I'll have setup with a desk or two if you don't want to keep a loud computer in your room..

I have dibs on the garage most of the time though

I just bought a place in Ashburn. It has parking, I will never miss Tysons. After I finish unpacking I need to get a roommate too. But the rooms only 15x17.

Bump, not buying a place, one of the places I was thinking of moving to fell through, so I'm staying here.

Anyone want to move in?

My roommate should be moved out by aug 1, so you could move in anytime between then sept when your first rent would be due.

I need something kind of definite by the end of the month...

We can work out pricing if there are any issues, I'd prefer to split 50/50, but anything is better than me paying all $1500/mo myself.

If you wanna pay less, I might just have you make it up in detailing my cars/etc
