Default Things to do in Delray Beach Florida?

Im down in Florida visiting my grandma with my pops. As the title states I'm in DelRay Beach. Pretty much just looking for anything automotive to do around the area. I figure I will hit up all the exotic car dealerships but if theres any shops around that are worth poking around in let me know, or anything else for that matter. Thanks guys!

downtown delray.

Atlantic Ave, btwn Swinton and SE 5 Ave. was just out there a little while ago and it was pretty crowded so there will prolly be people out tonight, and through the weekend as long as the weather holds up.

I'm in Delray too.

Drive down to Ft. Lauderdale for more night life (SE 2nd Street from Andrews Ave. west for a few blocks or you can try Las Olas Blvd for a more dinner scene). I try to stay away from Downtown west palm beach. its a more 'fancy' crowd.

the crowds should be out as long as it doesnt rain too much.

exotic dealerships: many have closed down. try the Auto Toy store in Ft. Laud. there are a few other places as well try Federal hwy btwn Sample road and Commercial Blvd. I know there were at least several there. you can also go to Champion Porsche they have a Motorsports Dealership where they have modded cars for sale. (Copans Rd & I-95)

that should get you going for a bit.

if you want/need to get away from the family/old folks, head down to south beach. def. worth the trip if you've never been.

if you're into the club scene then i'd say miami beach for sure, if you're not down for the drive though there's also fort lauderdale that has some pretty cool clubs and downtown west palm (another member said there's a "fancy" crowd there which there is but there are also many clubs which include a more relaxed as well as upbeat crowd)

as well, for the exotic car dealerships, there's a lambo dealership in west palm if you get off I-95 on okeechobee and go west for like a mile or so

and in delray itself if you're into hookah there's this hookah bar thats called "Off the Hookah" and I've heard it's pretty cool if you're into that

I went there last year when I was there for some stuff for work. That is a nice spot to chill at. It can get pretty thick in there though, sometime the smoke is just ridiculous.

www.SouthFloridaRacing.com is a local site for car enthusiasts, check that site for some local meets. We usually have a meet in Boca at one of the admins shop every other Thursday.
