![]() This isn't really news here anymore (see http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...hreadid=488157) but I thought SOA's press release ought to be noted. The release is at http://vocuspr.vocus.com/VocusPR30/D...es&Cache=False. It seems that SOA has also sent emails today to affected owners registered at http://my.subaru.com (see http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...10#post5855510).
Here's the text of the press release: Quote:

![]() I think it's amazing that they issue a campaign for something that pales in comparison to the real problem in the leaky headgaskets themselves. SOA should suck it up and fix right the first time. I doubt their band-aid additive addresses the real issue.
Yes, I did just drop my scooby at the dealer this morning where it was diagnosed with blown headgasket(s). ![]() ag driven by guts inside! |

![]() I heard 98 2.5NA engine is the worst (I have a 98 OB, so far so good). Now all 99-2003 2.5NA engines also have problems. So it seems to me all 2.5NA engines since 98 should be avoided?!
