why 2003 ej25 is not including in this recall(campaign)??

it seems like 2002 and 2003 ej25 is identical even head gasket...

someone can explain????

how about after 2004 model???

my 2003 ts has not sympotom abput gasket issue....but only 50000 km.....

do i have to put Conditioner ????
