I hate it when people say "Lancia" in rallycross discussions. Because it makes me think about the Delta I owned for 2 years in Italy in the mid-90s that I couldn't bring back to the USA when we returned And that would have been epic awesome.

I still plan to someday bring a Delta rolling chassis over here and drop a WRX drivetrain into it

oh, and did 250 miles today in terrible traffic and rain to pick up some new friends for me and Shawn....

Since it got moved from Orange though and I live in Richmond it's almost easier for me to Rally with the Tar Heel Sports Car Club in NC....either way, I'm sure I'll make it to Summit Point sometime this year since I got a place to crash in Lovettsville VA anyway.
How much do you want for it?? I will take it!

How much does the subscription save you? I might not be able to make all of them, so I wanted to know what the cut off was for subscription vs. registering one for one in savings.

Cost per event - 6 regular events x $60 = $360 + 1 x $100 2 day event + 1 x $30 T&T = $490
Cost of season subscription - $400

Correct, assuming you are a full SCCA yearly member either way.

Season subscription + SCCA membership = $400 + $85 = $485

It would cost you $560 to attend all the same events that the season subscription gives you if you are NOT a SCCA member and you pay the extra $10/weekend.

Can you say 'rooster-tails!'? Course workers now required to wear bodyarmor and hearing protection.

That's very shiny Dave.... And here I thought I was cool buying an Alfa 164 engine to put in a Stratos kit car. Although I have to stop spending money on my WRX before I can order that kit.

Back on subject, this event is the day after my birthday, I'll need some fun in the sun if I'm not too hungover, but I'll only have my 4EAT 2.5i.

Warning: Becoming Margarita's FaceBook friend adds 20lbs to your waistline just by the yummy food pics she posts.

So which course will be used for season-opener?

I will see what she can bake for the opening day

Dave, it does not matter which course we do. Jard always puts a few cones on the grass area where there is no road So bumps are always expected!

Bumps?! I hope I can handle bumps after this Saturday's install session.

But I will probably pass on driving if its we did on the short barn course for the test & tune day. However, the course near the paddock used at the last rallyX seems about long enough to spool my turbo.

Isn't Latin American rallysprint same day? Decisions.

For the most part the more cars we have registered in advance the more likely we seem to be to run the big course.

Gotcha, need enough workers to cover the larger area and limited sight.
