^^^^ I have a Bayson R lip on my stock height WRX. Even with 2x4's before the rhino ramps the lip touched the ramps. Sucks.

Don't let the stance crowd fool ya. The WRX has plenty of ground clearance.

I installed the Subtle Solutions 1" lift kit on stock springs. Easy install. I rallyX 6-8 times per year and never had an issue standing on the brakes on corner entry.

I had A 2017 WRX on stock suspension and never scraped, and I thought 100% my gym parking lot would get me to scrape, but the WRX handled it just fine. And I usually Donít worry about scraping one or twice here and there, but that parking lot bothered me. I did once though hit one of those drainage dips that can double as like a speed bump coming out of a parking lot when i first got the car. Somehow it didnít mess anything up and no signs of scraping, pretty sure thereís like a skid plate under there somewhere that i hit. Turbo is down there so it scared me for sure

I'm always careful but no matter how careful I am, something happens unexpectedly. With this I also had a backup choice of buying an MT forester but I really want a WRX

I usually do city driving when going to work and roads here are okay. Do you think I should go with the WRX?
Unless you are driving in terrible road condition like LA downtown, the WRX or STi ground clearance from stock is good enough to most situation. I had a 2009 STi 5-door and never had a time scratch my front lip.

I would definitely raise it if you end up purchasing one, those concrete scrapes can be brutal.

I’ve yet to scrape either my STI or WRX. Just a FYI, my 16 STI is about 10-12mm lower than my 19 WRX Limited both factory ride height, same Dunlop tires.
