Default Do I need a donut gasket

Today I put on my grimmspeed downpipe and ark grip catback but still confused about gasket between catback and downpipe.
It looks like the Ark catback side wants a donut gasket but looking at the grimmspeed side there is no lip sticking out for the donut to rest on.
Will the grimmspeed gasket be enough in the long run or should I get adapter with donut gasket and springs?

You'll probably be fine with the GS gasket. A lot of the catback exhausts assume you'll be using the stock downpipe with the donut for fitment/compatibility reasons.

I got a doughnut gasket off amazon and it saved me a lot of worries about if any mock gaskets that i used would blow out
