This is my first post on a forum so bear with me. I recently did a efr turbo on my 2015 wrx and wasnt able to get it tuned, so i set my wastegate to ~10psi and ran the economy tune as it is set to 0 duty cycle. Feel free to correct me but that can be run safely after install in order to get it driven to a tuner.

Default Boost Control

Good information in this thread. My 02' was only boosting to around 8.5 lbs. Turns out that someone had replaced the hose coming off of the turbo and left out the "pill". Picked up a pill from the local dealer and I now get full boost pressure.

Question

Does an electronic boost controller have a max psi that it can regulate/control?

Such as if i wanted to run 50psi could i do that on any boost controller or on specified boost controllers that are “rated” for 50psi or up to 50psi?
