Default Gas Tank

Shopping around for good used or new gas tank to fit 2004 impreza outback sport wagon. Location in Toronto GTA Hamilton, Niagara falls area.
Any suggestion where to get it. Thanks

Definitely go to self-service scrap yards if you're good with a wrench. It'll only cost you 5-10 bucks compared to the 30+ you'd be paying on a parts website. Impreza gas tanks aren't compatible with the Outback though so be wary of that. Good luck!

https://www.lkqpickyourpart.com/ This is a chain self service company, they should have a few locations in your area. The benefit to them is you can research their inventory beforehand so you won't be "shopping around" per say.

F&S Auto in Western CT lists a Forester gas tank to fit. $125 and they have one.

Thanks all. Used verso chem to epoxy it temporarily. Order new through NV auto in Stoneycreek Ontario for $400.00. Waiting for shipment. I should have also ordered strap.

With new gas tank, straps, Filling neck gas pipe,vent valve,muffler and exhaust work cost.$2275. This is total with tax and labor.

$2275 Canadian, I assume. About $1700 US.
