Default 2013 STI Build Help! Stock Rods

So for everyone with experience.
I'm trying to build my STI. I can give you a list of parts I have ready to install, but I'm concerned about my block. My block was rebuilt with Wiseco pistons and ACL Race Bearings, but stock rods. Is this going to be an issue?

I'd like to be running Cobb 1050x injectors, Garrett GTX3076 (GEN 1) stock location turbo, flex fuel kit, and meth injection. And the long list of all the bolt on's.
Do you think I'll be able to run E85 or meth injection with OEM sti rods? Or will there be too much PSI?

Any help really really helps.

Note: I haven't installed the parts yet nor have I had it tuned on a dyno yet so I don't know the CHP that I'll be at yet.
