Can I use 18x9.5 5x100 e38/73 on stock suspension without and not have any rubbing or any issues?

What would i have to do so i didnt? 2009+ wrx struts and bars? or just smaller wheels? whats the biggest and widest wheel i can get without having to do any modifications that will give my car an aggressive stance/look? i really want the wheels to stick out past the fenders a little

Idk what model you have but..

If i remember correctly on an 02-07 a 17x8 with a 235/40/ tire would be your best bet or you can do a 18x-7-7.5 with a 225/40 tire i think!

On an 08+ the biggest wheel ive had on was was an 18x9 245/40/

I know 17x8 e48 225-45 work.. It's Tire Rack guaranteed size.
Not super aggressive, but fill out wheel well sooOO much better than stock. I bet I could get 235 series on there no problem..
18x8, 225-40 guaranteed to work too.
