Not to be pedantic, BUT:
$0.54 - $0.20 = $0.34 / $1.50 = 23%, so your "few cents" is nearly a QUARTER of the difference, so....

or don't, and just remain ignorant because painful facts are painful.
I'm guessing he'll choose the latter because ideology > reality for most people. I hate this timeline.

Guys, your complaining about zoning. It has nothing at all to do with racism. It has everything to do with income. POC and low income are not the same thing. There are far more poor non POC than poor POC. Believe it or not A LOT of brown skin people are VERY successful and quite wealthy enough to put my meager income to shame.

Redlining is just a coined term for zoning...

my ideology, ok.. .... LOL...pot meet kettle. From the people who think math and rain is racist too. OK...

Sorry fellahs, much respect, but I do not agree with your point of view here. ON many things I do, but on this one we are not connecting all the wires correctly. NO harm done.

Bro... The redlining that's in question here was happening in the 1930's, when racism was ****ing everywhere. You want to sweep this under the rug and pretend like it didn't happen just because you wouldn't do it today, but it happened, our government was responsible for it, and the impacts still live on today.

Painful truths are painful. It's time to stop sweeping this stuff under the rug.

You guys have to stop using the word redlining, it's throwing the algorithm off.
