![]() Let me start of by saying this is not a build. I am just trying to get my car back into a drivable state so I can use it again. The car has been sitting for about 6 months. I have replaced the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, release bearing, CV axles, spark plugs, ignition coils, ignition coil connectors, coolant and fuel hoses as well as the throttle position sensor. There are now no codes showing when I do a scan. No vacuum or coolant or fuel leaks. I do not have boost leak either. Before replacing the TPS the vehicle would not start and show a code for it. I took it off and say that it was completely broken. Replaced with brand new and made sure it works. Car turns over and stays running. Did idle relearn process (couldn't take for test drive) and now while the car is running if I apply throttle it does not go over 2000 rpm. Please help me figure out what is going on. If there is someone that has created a thread to fix this problem please link it. I could not find anything when I was searching. TIA.

![]() Did you replace the TPS with an OEM sensor?
I've heard of this happening from a clogged cat (possibly your up pipe). So no matter what, it won't go above 2k rpms? Did you happen to connect the green test connectors? |

![]() It is not an OEM TPS, but the code disappeared after replacing it. No matter what it will not go above 2k rpm. I am thinking my next step is cleaning/replacing my throttle body.
