Default Carberry speed density hunting idle during startup

Got an 02 WRX with a speed density car battery tune and during the first 30 seconds of initial startup the cars RPM drop down to 200 and then up to 1500 and back down to 200 almost dying out then it eventually settles around 1100rpms, car runs great otherwise and even Idles normally after around 30 seconds.

Is this normal behavior? is there much I can do to help fix?
