3 cyl is confirmed. With at least 250hp, who really cares how many cylinders?

There is said to be a hotter GRMN version coming later with upwards of 320hp.

No wonder toyita didn't invest in a Home brew Supra. They were too busy building something way more logical that will sell to a handful of people on the other side of the pond. I really hate them now more than ever...

Agreed. Like the looks of the new corolla Hatch but the drivetrain stinks. Motor/trans/suspension/awd out of this thing will fix that easily. Would be a great sleeper.

Nice. Reminds me of an AWD kp61 starlet.

So now we got a Supra, a Celica, and a Starlet. We just need a MR2, and for them to build the SF R concept as that's basically a perfect AE86 as is.

I hate to be that guy, but make it under 2700 lbs and then I'll be real excited

How about splitting the difference at 2815lbs? That is what is being quoted on the press release.

So the same weight of a BRZ. But with 260+hp and a turbo. And AWD. That is a fantastic package!

This thing is rad and many of us would buy the spec'd up model. But nah, you can have all these CUV's instead and buy mom jeans why you're at it.

So, this is basically the Fiesta RS that Ford wouldn't build.

Toyota, don't bring this to the US, I've been doing a very good job of not getting a new car, and I don't need an excuse.

What am I talking about? C'mon Toyota this thing is awesome and you would probably steal some Honda, Subaru, and VW sales while resurrecting the boner that a bunch of us had for Toyotas in the 90's!
