They work great I love mine. Just be aware the bands eventually dry rot. I replace mine with o-rings

Yup they will dry rot in a few months.
So buy a few spare o rings.

But besides that they are great for 30-35 bucks!

The only hesitation im having is drilling holes in my fender and bumper. Other than that I would be all over the quick releases.

I never did understand their purpose. Unless you track the hell out of your car to the point where bumpers last less than a few weeks.

Just drill the holes dont be a wussy.

The holes are tiny anyways so if you mess up just tac weld/plastic weld the hole shut, grind/dremel weld and redrill.

The purpose is to hold the outer sides of the bumper up and to aid in a faster removal.

You know some people like their cars low.
Or drive like a jackass.

Which leads to falling/ripped off bumpers and broken bumper tabs.

Therefore the need for the quick releases.

It's a cheap fix that works and looks decent.

There are better looking alternatives
but password jdm's is the cheapest route besides going the piece together DIY route.

Couldn't have said it any better. I don't have bumper brackets to hold up my bumper. SO I decided to go with a quick release... I wish I would have made it so its not visible... I think the quick release looks hideous, but it grew on me I guess..

I like the Dzeus fasteners, might switch to those actually.

Pencils you should paint the Sti wing yellow but leave the middle and inside of the outer pieces black. Like the evo 8 wings.

that's actually an old photo.
i already sold the STi in prep for my GT wing to come in.

like my fasteners a lot. they're flush mount, never snap or break under a lot of pressure.
just gotta live 3 holes (2 rivets and the button)

What gt wing are you getting?

I plan on getting a wing eventually. But other things are priority.
