here is a pic of the exhaust on my car.

I got it at SPD w/midpipe for $409 shipped to my door.
Not the best price, but worth every penny!

I love it.

[email protected]

Check newly revised OSC site at http://www.geocities.com/omahasubaru/ more pics of the exhaust there... go to Jon's car.

Question

omahasubaru -- how does it sound? Does it burble when you let off of the gas?

yes... a lovely burble and nice low low rumble grumble from 3,000 rpm and down, not as loud as the just the strogum w/o midpipe, but subtle and tasty. I just need more air now and I'll be set.

Incase the pic doesn't show you there is some black soot in that tailpipe. Where is the cobbtuning intake when you need it?

any other questions either post here or e-mail me, however I was unable to find any part number for this on it or the box. I think SPD is keeping this a secret.

well.. I don't know anyone who sells the STi exhaust canister w/ tip new. These are new car take offs with less than 500 miles, but the 2.25" midpipe is brand new both exhaust and mid are stainless steel (so I was told) and are direct bolt on. Install was a snap.
that price included the midpipe, exhaust & shipping, but as with my sway bar way back when from SPD, no instructions, but this as the swaybar are a snap. once you get down there and take off the stock exhaust... it will all make sense.

anything else?

TRi Tuning does sell BRAND NEW STi exhausts...but they require you to sell your soul and shell out around 7 bills if I remember.
