![]() Problem with scrooters for me is they require a bike license and yet they don't go fast enough to get to the DMV safely to obtain my license. I'd get run over by a UPS truck from behind before I get there.

As long as this thing doesn't make more than 2hp, it doesn't have to be registered, in CT at least. I keep my M endorsement up, I may not use it, but I keep it because I will use it again, eventually. |

![]() Yeah, this is capped at 32mph so that it fits the definition of a 49cc scooter.
In 12 states, you don't need a license at all (usually need to be 14-16 or older). You only need a motorcycle endorsement in 5 states (AL, AR, CA, ND, TX) for a 49cc scooter.
