Talking

I just have my M2 wintersport installed this morning.
I went to Express Tires in Watertown. They charged me
$560 + tax. Initially I called them up with drop off from
tirerack.com, then the guy (Darren) asked me what price
I am paying from tirerack.com and he matched it. I do have
to wait a couple days for them to order the tires.

They experience was very good this morning. I called
Direct Tires at Watertown before I called ET.
They don't care my bussiness and they are more expensive.

Not that this helps you too much since I'm in VT and you're in MA, but after looking around for the Dunlop M2's locally I finally ordered them from TireRack. The prices I was quoted locally were $20-40 more a tire (Sears and a local tire store), and neither had them in stock. Shipping from TireRack was just over $10 a tire, and they came really quickly.
Hakkas are a different story. They are easy to find up here in the Burlington (VT) area, in stock, and at good prices (I think). May just want to add a little extra on to your trip to come up here and get tires. I got mine (Hakka Q's) two years ago from Vermont Tire & Service.
