FS: Fastwrx Color Changing LED Turn Signal Bulbs for 08+
Good Afternoon, I got these from a friend who traded in his 08 Sti recently. You will need an 08 or later to use these. They are awesome bulbs. They are a hyper white color and change to amber when you use your turn signal. Fun little lighting mod. I did install them and I have only used them for two days but since I have halogen headlight bulbs, the hyper white doesn't match at all and I don't want to spend the money on a super white headlight bulb that might burn up my wiring or blow out in 3 months. So once I sell these, I am going to purchase a full time amber LED bulb instead since I love the LED look.
If you have super white headlight bulbs, an HID conversion kit, or the factory Xenon/HID headlights, these will look slick and match great! If you are a stronger man than myself, and are willing to run them with halogens, more power to you, they don't look god awful or anything, but the LED white is very different from halogen white. Overall I really love them, but am not planning on doing an HID conversion and do not want to spend 75 bucks on whiter headlight bulbs : /. They are very bright and are DOT legal. Install is easy but will take a bit of time. You will need to move at least part of the factory airbox to gain access on the passenger side and will need to lift the battery out on the drivers side...but believe me it is worth it : ). Also, unless you are ok with hyper flash, you will need to purchase a relay that will slow the LED blinking down. I am not including that because I will still need it for the amber LED bulbs I am planning on picking up. These go for 59 new, I am looking for 35 local, within driving distance of New Britain, CT, or 45 shipped. I accept paypal and will package safe if I need to mail them. The pic below is not of my car but give you an idea of how bright the white is, the website has a video showing how they look and work. http://www.fastwrx.com/coledtusibu.html

These do look neat, I'll take 'em if you still have 'em!
I'll most likely come up to CT to visit my inlaws in July... Maybe I could pick them up then? Maybe I'll just take 'em shipped for $45 instead. PM me with your Paypal and I'll pay you for them tonight or tomorrow. Thanks! |
