What tire size would you recommend on a 18X8.75 +20 that would give me a decent looking stretch and would be easier to fit. I have hankook ventus v12 evo 245/40 as much as I love meaty tires I have fear it will be to big.

on a 8.75 yeah a 245 would be no stretch, so if you want stretch and im sure you do on +20 id go at least a 235.. depending on how low you are too..

I really want to keep my 245 because I really don't like the looks of stretch much, I love meaty tires I just don't know if they will work.

Well going from a 18X9 +35 to a 18X8.75 +20 shouldnt be that huge of a difference, hopefully. We will see in a few days haha. My rear is already pulled from the Rota G-force's.

I wish I could see what the stretch looks like with 235 on 18x8.75

it should look fine .. not to much. id say a 245 on a 8.75 would be pretty flat on the sides, so a 235 would have a very minimal stretch depending on what tire you get

Just saw some 225 with minimal stretch and the fit looked so simple to do.

To much?

Those are sexy. What's your asking price?

Hunting down tires is such a pain. I wish I could find federal tires locally

Anyone know what sort of 04-07 STi Brembo clearance the less aggressive XXR 527 and XXR 530 rims have? Finding brembo clearance info has proven difficult. The 530's info is pretty sparse in general since they are fairly new.

From my browse through this thread so far:

17x8.25 +25 527's: Yes
17x8.25 +35 527's: ??
18x8.75 +35 527's: Yes

17x8.25 +25 530's: ??
17x8.25 +35 530's: ??
18x8.75 +35 530's: ??

Can anyone help fill in the gaps?
