Help: Can't figure out how to install headlight bulb and harness back into headlight

i just cant get it to click... is there any special trick?> what am i doing wrong?

you arent doing anything wrong...unlike the old schools that require about 3 secs to change bulbs...the WRX is bizatch......after removing the headlight housings, and the bulbs...the replacement is pretty confusing, it doesnt neccessarily go in reverse....the bulbs has got "markers" oin the sides to guide you ...first slide in the guides to the corresponding wedges on the housing, make sure its a tight fit....then twist the clip ring to a snug fit....then replace the rubber boot, then replug the bulbs...

its easy to do the driver side light but the pasenger side is tricky, just take the two blots off the airbox in the front and it should give you more room to work with. when i replaced mt bulbs, all u do is turn the cap that surrounds the harness, then press down on the clip and pull, it should come right off. good luck!
