Angry Anyone order from 1stsubaruparts.com?

I just ordered a pair of Fog lamp for my 2.5TS from www.1stsubaruparts.com about 2 weeks ago...i heard nothing from them....no email..no anything.... i am not sure what is happening to my shippment

i emailed the guy..but no reply for a week

just wondering if any of u ever order anything from them... and how long does it take?

If that place is down in the States, if they did send it out it would be stuck at customs. I once ordered something in the state and it came like 3 weeks later because of customs.

Well, I was gonna check their availability on suspension parts, and from this, I guess I will have to phone them. As a side note, most of these vendors have US only toll free number so you can't dial toll free - however, they are located in Washington state. I had a feeling that I'm gonna be screwed big time on my suspension from any vendor.

i did a straight order from the webpage.....i just got an order number...that's it


keep in mind....if u guys wanna order stuff from them.... register an account first..then order....cuz it will give u an order status.....remember that....lol..don't be stupid like me...no idea where my order goes....LOL

Just a quick note to let you know how we ship parts & accessories to Canada and also the reason why. We ship out packages via USPS Air Mail. We ship them this way so you do not have to pay the outrageous brokerage fees to UPS, FedEx, and Airborne (Peralator). I have been shipping parts to Canada for over 5 years and I have heard comments from customers about the surprise bill once the parts do arrive. The down side of shipping the Canada with the USPS Air mail or Surface mail is you cannot track it. We only know when the package ships and you will know when the package arrives.

I would like to know from you folks in Canada if you would like to track the package and pay the $20.00 (or more) brokerage fees or save the $20.00 and not be able track your packages. If you have any comments, send me an email or head to www.ImprezaParts.com and use our online request form.

I think UPS charges $36 CDN for their brokerage fee.

I would be willing to pay the $36 to get a tracking number if the cost of the order was signifigant. IE: If I was ordering $300 of parts, then I would pay the $36.

Perhaps you can make that option available to customers, UPS/FedX or through regular mail and put a note that reg. mail has no tracking numbers. I'm not sure if you already do have that info on your ordering site, since I've never been there before.
