My Music Sucks... (Recommend Rock music for Workouts)

I know there are lots of threads like this, but I did want to clarify. I need rock. Solid rock music. I'm running out of things to listen to at the gym and when i go run.

I'm not really into the Death Cab/emo music on the radio, I'm more like rage, chevelle, and metal friendly. So please OT, reccomend me some rock that you think is essential for workouts.

System is always good for running cause its fast stuff. I guess what I'm looking for more is some heavy guitar, funny as it is, like "Dethklock" or living sacrifice. Something That just chugs along and makes you angry enough to lift, but not fast enough to run.

you shouldn't limit it to just rock then... I can find you a couple of things that help me push through my workouts... I know exactly the feeling you're looking for.
