Question Need help installing Cibie driving lights!

I just got the Cibie driving light kit from MRT, but they don't supply instructions. I tried fitting the components together and matching the holes up on the bumper, but they don't seem to line up. Specific questions:

1) How is the reflector assembly retained? It appears that the three mounting studs just press into rubber donuts in the thin mounting ring. First hard stop and the lights would fly right out.

2) When the adapter ring is lined up with the stock mounting holes and the holes on the thin mounting ring, the top of the reflector assembly is not pointing up!

3) I haven't even gotten to the wiring yet, but it doesn't look like it plugs in directly. And, how does the kit stay ON with high beams, instead of switching OFF like the fogs?

I'm clueless. Has anyone installed this kit?

Try reposting the topic in the Tech Forum - you may get a few more responses there. Sorry, its about the only advice I have. Haven't messed with fog lights yet.
