There are lots of Harness bars designed around back passenger use . .
Most fold down allowing you to use your stock seat belt while under street use (carrying passengers)

The question is really :
Why do you need a 3 point while carrying passengers anyways ????

EDIT:
^^^ Agreed. Chicks don't dig it anyway.

Unless you're going to rally, track, perform stunts, or roll your car over for the hell of it, I find the 3 point completely useless. Also, unless you're going to install a roll cage and wear a helmet all the time then it's a waste of money. Plus in order for the 3 point to be effective, you'd need to tighten it enough to be nice and snug. If you plan on listening to music and adjusting the volume... well, you get my drift.

Your car comes with a three point. You're done!

Yeah, Im kidding.

In all reality, OP, you really wouldnt want to have a bar riding only several inches in front of your face while you drive, right?

So, why would you make your back-seat passengers ride with a harness bar only several inches in front of their faces?
