Default Idiotic clock spring removal, questions about the dash lights!

I really wanted to put on my new sparco steering wheel on my 11í wrx since my wheel hub/ adapter came in the mail, little did I know the stupid DND adaptor has NO SPACE FOR THE CLOCK SPRING!!!
I watched 1 YouTube video where the dude removes the clock spring and CUTS the wires......So I tried to follow the clock spring cables down the line to disconnect it properly but I couldnít find my way to it.
So I cut them too.....

Now my TC & Hill assist are on!!
Idc about the airbag thatís a given.

MY question is!!!!
Since TC & Hill light is on. Is my tC & hill assist off???? Im only asking bc Iím going into snow next week and I want to be sure if Iím driving around with tc off or if itís just lighting up bc of the wires being cut???? (First post) thank you guy!

You don't need traction control to move in snow... all it does is keep people who don't know how to drive from flooring it and sliding sideways due to having no traction. You won't have stability control though, so you better be an extremely good driver with winter tires if you're going to be going at high speeds on snowy/icy roads.
