Default CA: 2006 SGM STi $19k OBO (Make me offers willing to go down)

2006 STi sgm - $19k obo
78k miles

I needed a daily driver that was a reliable car with better gas milage than my rx7, so I bought this as a daily driver.
The car is pretty much stock, only aesthetics have been done. I bought the car with approx 62k five years ago. I only put 16k in that time. I am selling because I am expecting to have a child soon and I need a bigger car that can fit both a kid and tires.

Parts that are on the car that I can remember.

-Cobb v3 with ots maps
-Hawk HP+ pads w/ ATE super blue fluid
-braided lines
-mishimoto radiator
- 3/16" skid plate
-Viper remote start installed by member on forum. Car does not remote start if it's not in neutral.
-Kakimoto catback on the car but I also have the Cobb catback if you want
-Seibon hood with about 4k miles on it. It does have a minor crack near the hood latch area.
-cobb intake 50 state legal
-kart boy short shifter and shifter bushings
- name brand works-bell steering boss for quick-release. I bought it from japan
- I believe the front sway bars are Perrin and the rear are Cobb. I can't remember what I put on. The endlinks are solid endlinks, not that thin stock ones.
-I installed roof rack accessible threads from Http://hectordtruong.blogspot.com / No leaks and easy to put racks on and off without being visible. I did not want to install the latch on type racks because it scratches the car and they can be pried off by idiots.
-Rims have some curb rash (pictured)

Please text for interests - I barely ever go on forums anymore.
