Default Stop getting SCAMMED! Do Your Homework!!!

OK people, here is the short and sweet of it.

If you are getting ripped off, do some homework on the seller BEFORE YOU BUY.
Members are regular Sherlock Holmes AFTER THE FACT. But that usually does little to get your money back.

If the person has recently joined and has little to NO history ( Member Sales Rating: (0) ) then chances are kinda slim that it is going to be a legit sale and go smoothly.
Contact the people that have rated them, follow the links to the sale provided.
Do Not Be Afraid to ask for more than one REFERENCE. And make sure that they are from long standing members. The more they can provide the better.
ASK FOR CURRENT PICTURES OF PRODUCT WITH SOME SORT OF PROOF OF POSSESSION! (EMAIL ADDRESS, SCREEN NAME, PHONE, ACTUAL NAME...anything!!!)

Sellers need to understand that the consumer is trying to protect themselves, and if the seller refuses to comply, then DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Check up on their PAYPAL account, is it new? is it verified? Are there verifiable transactions on the account? Use your credit card rather than checking or savings accounts linked to your PAYPAL.
Credit Card offers more protection. But is still not 100% safe.
Use and ESCROW SERVICE.

Common sense people. If it seems to good to be true. It probably is.
A little time spent on these tips can save you time, headache and dollars.

PROTECT YOURSELF. NASIOC can only do so much to help you.
