Whats involved in swapping a 2000 Intake manifold for a 1999?
Whats involved in swapping a 2000 Intake manifold for a 1999? What other models would work such as Forrester, RS and Outback? This way I get more injector choices right? Any other info would be great.

As long as it is an EJ25, they should all work. I do know that 2000+ models have some air recirculation unit on the manifold, can't remember the name, someone help me out here.

Well, depending on whether or not you have to use the MAP sensor hole (and if there is one on the MY99 manifold since some do have them, supposedly), it should be a pretty direct swap. Injectors will need to be switched, though I think the rails will work ok. Everything else should swap over without much trouble, though you won't use the recirc stuff from the MY00 any more. Hope you don't plan on getting no CEL's from the evaporative system since there won't be a solenoid there any more.

I have a LINK ECU. NO CEL So I just would like something that fits good the RC's are kinda shabby.
