Default WELL she is gone.......the STI that is.....GONE as in not in the garage gone..*tears*

Well that was it yesterday. The STI sold. I am STI-less. Feels weird. Almost 4 years of having it and now that its gone, its just weird. I felt numb today. At least someone kool got it. A local shop owner bought it and I know within a week it will have about 785 whp and 899 wtq... .

I didnt drive it for the last 2 weeks I had it. You know, started distancing myself, and when I would drive it...no full throttle...lol. I did get custody of the Prodrive wheels and Hoosiers and the Recaro Speed seats.........oh and the AP with 2 protunes on it, oh and a STi titanium strut brace and Cusco rear carbon brace..............I guess thats like taking all your CD's back when you break up huh..lol.

So now its just me and Project Grocery Getter. It now gets the garage and some safety from the elements.

So now the long wait for the 08 STI. ( hatchback and all 0 )

So as I get rid of my baby, my best friend buys tickets to Cali to go pick up a black GT3...( urrrggggggggg) .......so he will have a fun summer!! ( jealous).

So in the year I turn 40, I get rid of one STI and pickup another , but this time its gonna be a hatch back.

Oh well, we have a ton of suspension parts to develop so we need the new one. No choice really.

At 40, I would love to pimp a 550 Sport, or a used 2004 E55......but business first.

Anyway the car is gone and here are the pics from the last day..............

that's one sexy ride and atleast she found a new home.. I was going to do the same thing. Sell my car for the 08s but with the amount of money I dropped on my car for the past 3 months on parts(close to 5k), I won't be looking for another ride. I'm way attached to my car and I will not let it go.

Yeah it was hard too. I even found a 100.00 bill I hid under the spare tire for emergencies....lol. I had TOTALLY forgotten about that too. That will come in handy tomorrow night when I take the wife to dinner.

Ok, I am getting too choked up.....lol.

I never though this day would actually come. At least you still have the Recaros to fart in whenever you get nostalgic
