I would hazard a guess that he's asking about the car in the picture without the stock grill...

The drop from the Eibach's looks perfect, how was the ride quality and handling effected? I'm debating between those, Swift Spec-R's and RCE Yellows at the moment.

It's the Chargespeed grille or a Chargespeed Style replica (Subispeed/eBay)

Thanks! When I originally dropped the car in April of last year I was running OEM STI Enkeis with a set of dedicated snow tires. Ride quality was fine, performance, I didn't really notice much.

I installed the Works with the OEM STI 245s stretched over the 9.5" wheel and I hated the way the car drove. Ride quality felt boaty and response was ****. Every tar line and bump in the road sounded and felt like it was going to destroy my car and I was ready to scrap everything, return to stock etc...

April 2017, I order the 265/35/18s that I should have installed in the first place. The car rides great, handles well, and I love it again.

Some dbag on /r/subaru was harassing me about how 18x9.5 +38 with 265/35s is too aggressive of a setup, etc etc, whatever. I don't know what the **** they're talking about because the setup feels amazing.

tl;dr if you drop it with 9.5's don't stretch?

Ironically I just put 245/40 Continentals on some 18x9.5 Enkei NT03s, just because I had then left over from my BBS setup, but some 255 or 265s will definitely be coming down the line!

I've only had them on for a day, and ride quality feels great, but I wonder if it's just a difference in brands since they're the same size as OEM STI stockers? Either way, I need to make some decisions about the suspension!

I was torn between a 255/35 and 265/35 tire, and decided to go 265 on my RPF1s (18x9.5 +38). Glad I did, ride quality feels great and the setup looks great. I was never a fan of the stretched tire look.

It's possible that the brand makes that much of a difference. Running that tire in the first summer I owned the car was annoying. The stretch made it that much worse. Glad the 245s are working out for you. I kept them on the Works simply because they only had about 500 miles on them last year.

I have no problem with the Eibach drop. Price was nice and it rides fine.

Yeah...I ran stretched tires once and hated it, never again. Thanks for the Eibach info

That's what I thought?! All 4 hole trunks have plastic retainers w self taping screws. This trunk has metric nutzerts or something. My guess was non US market, since the holes don't like up

^Honestly so jealous for NYs yellow license plates. They look so good on black and red paint!

Also what tail overlays? Premium auto dark smoke?

Sir, it's PINK! LOL

Yes they are dark smoked version and I ordered the tail overlays through subispeed since I had other parts I was ordering (freeshipping).
