Best bang for your buck. Save yourself some money and buy it, I run it. Easy install, cheap, very good sound. Its been 2 years and it still looks pretty damn good...

Inexpensive, good welds, stainless steel, and a great exhaust note that's not overly loud at all. Build power where it counts and spend your money on a high end dp while saving here

Great exhaust for the price. Here's a couple threads about the srs w/ reviews and pics, sound clips, videos, etc.

just sold mine, i went with a more stealthier AMS exhaust
the SRS was just too damn loud/cop magnet (too loud for cops that is, i loved it) to take the silencer out remove the bolts (duh) and grab the little half inch extension on the inside pipe with needle nose pliers and pull, it should come right out. edit: seriously just read the reviews, nothing bad about it at all, its great. |

It is totally loud. But sounds good. But loud for sure. I haven't gotten pulled over or anything yet, but I am careful around the cops.
Fits very well even to the stock DP. The spring bolts were tough to get on because we didn't have the right clamps to compress the spring, and one bolt's threads tore off, but we just used a regular bolt we had lying around with the same nut and it works fine. When I get a new DP there will be new bolts anyway. Solid quality and welds and such, especially for the price. You could go through 2 of these for the price of most other exhausts, but you won't. A pipe is a pipe after all. If you make a best offer to the ebay guy or just send him the question directly, he will give it to you for $230 shipped. Hard to beat like I said. But if you want stealthy or not so loud, I would look elsewhere. |

From the reviews I read it's loud. All can exhausts, especially ebay ones are loud, simple.
And besides, sound is subjective. You better take care of this especially during the winter, because it will rust like no other. Since these are gaining popularity, get them while they are cheap, because the design will probably improve slightly in the future and get more expensive, as do all ebay exhausts (take Megan for example). |
