The only 2 places I recommend in Canada are Rocket Rally and Vermont Sports car. If they can't help you they should be able to refer to a reputable shop.

if your looking for cheap then pack your bags... a professionally installed swap will NOT be cheap.

I imagine Planet would be the cheapest. Canjam and 4star would be a bit more.

Planetmotorsport is the best value for your dollar in Ontario.

They did my ver7 swap way back when in only 3 days over the weekend, and I never had a single thing wrong afterwards. It was absolutely perfect and factory clean and reliable.

Outside in the parking lot does look like a junkyard sometimes, they buy a lot of salvaged cars for parts and to build rally cars. I don't know what you expect...shops are shops you know.

+1 for Rocket Rally, but it's on the west coast and the OP is looking for eastern Canada....and Vermont Sports Car isn't even in Canada

Did you post on NCSC recently? You REALLY should listen to the Ottawa guys. There's a big swap thread here:

You should also read this (you will need to be a full member)

you are insane.

---

JDMspecC4u is no longer going under that name. they go by swapshop now. prices are good, service is better.

they swapped a v4 motor into my car which blew up. as they promised, it would be warrantied. they covered all the costs to fix it and put it back in. when it blew the second time around, we decided to go with a v9 and aside from the extra cost of the motor, they covered everything again.

so, even though i blew up a motor, my swap ended up costing me the exact same as it would have if i had done the v9 the first time around.

i can't say enough about andre, max and steph.

call them to find out exact pricing.
