Default My wagon is here...

Just got here from Virginia on Tuesday
It's a '95 GF8 chassis with an 03 USDM EJ205 and full 04 WRX driveline.
GR2's and Tein springs
Whiteline rear strut bar
Swaybars
Lightened flywheel
WRX/hydraulic pedal assembly
Kartboy Short Shift
Hella 500 foglights
revised 'RS' front end and STi lip
OEM sideskirts
02-03 WRX front seats

I need a TBE for it, so if anyone has one laying around for ridiculously cheap (or free) let me know, or I'll just have to wait till next pay day...

First off I'm going to get it running right and clean up the engine bay. Then my plans are to clean everything else up; body work, paint job, and the interior. Get a new wheel set up, or just new tires (the 6 spokes are growin on me.)

Future plans: Nothing too crazy, it's going to be a DD, so just little bolt ons here and there.

Does it have any exhaust at all? If not, I have a an OEM TBE from a Forester that you could use, borrow, pay for... whatever, we can work it out. PM me.

Yes I definitely plan on repainting after I get the dents pulled and the sideskirts mounted right.

ok get out my head! my dream GF build would be flat white. with flat black flares, side skirts, front lip, rims, top of hatch wing, and then those little back bumper lips off the JDM sti? i think. not sure where they are from or what they are called.

Clean up the engine bay and interior, but leave the exterior looking beat up. Gotta love piece-of-junk looking sleepers. With it looking like that on the outside nobody is going to pay it a bit of attention.

What is wrong with your current transmission. If I get a chance I would be willing to help out. I have pulled a few.

stripped gears. drove it around the neighborhood and the trans locked up, then went to change the diff fluid and there were huge shavings in it.

Wait, so you changed the diff fluid and found shavings? Meaning the rear diff? Or? Because if it is just the rear diff thats broken, just get a new rear diff.

Well, he did say that the trans locked up. Though how shavings from the trans would get into the rear dif I have no idea. Maybe both are shot... that would suck.
