IB stands for "In Before" as in:

IBTL - InBeforeTheLock

IBTM - InBeforeTheMove

IBTD - InBeforeTheDelete

Its kind of like saying you are predicting whats going to happen and you are saying you are in (you have posted) before such an event has happened. People usually make up their own thing like IBSomeoneAsksWhatsIDP so they spell out the acronym but since its an acronym they smoosh it all together. Get what Im saying?
